ENOKI MUSHROOM RECIPE
As we know that there are many varieties of mushrooms are available, one of them is enoki mushroom.
Enoki mushrooms are a popular ingredient in Asian cuisine and are known for their delicate, mild flavor and delicate, crunchy texture. These mushrooms have long, thin stems and small, white caps. They are often used in soups, stir-fries, and salads.
Here is a simple recipe for Enoki mushroom stir-fry that you can try at home.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Enoki mushrooms, ends trimmed and separated
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
2. Add the onions and bell pepper, and stir-fry for another minute.
3. Add the Enoki mushrooms, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry for another minute.
5. Serve hot .
